The members of the Network for Innovation in Reflective Teaching and Learning (NIRTaL), of the University of Girona present a descriptive, exploratory study, based on a questionnaire completed by students in 4 degrees (Social Education, Environmental Sciences, Nursing, and Psychology), on different aspects of Reflective Learning: a) self-knowledge, b) connection between experience and knowledge, c) self-reflection and d) self-regulation of the learning processes. We present quantitative results on the students’ ratings of the various objectives of reflective learning and the main secondary difficulties encompassed by students at the time of incorporating the reflective learning in the learning process

Els integrants de la Xarxa d’Innovació Docent sobre Aprenentatge Reflexiu de la Universitat de Girona presentem un estudi descriptiu, exploratori, basat en un qüestionari realitzat a estudiants de 4 estudis (Educació Social, Ciències Ambientals, Infermeria, i Psicologia), sobre diferents aspectes de l’Aprenentatge Reflexiu (AR): a) coneixement d’un mateix, b) connexió de l’experiència amb el coneixement, c) autoreflexió i d) autoregulació del procés d’aprenentatge. Es presenten resultats quantitatius respecte de la valoració dels estudiants dels diferents objectius de l’AR així com les principals dificultats secundàries a la incorporació de l’AR en el procés d’aprenentatge dels estudiants
