Turquia, l’origen de múltiples civilitzacions i cultures diferents, és el punt mig entre el món occidental i el món oriental. Un país que històricament s’hi ha assentat molts pobles i cultures diferents, formant així la immensa multiculturalitat que hi ha avui en dia.
Per altra banda, la diversitat històrica i la multiculturalitat present en el territori no només forma conflictes sinó que també ha creat un destí amb un immens patrimoni històric i turístic que atreu a milions de persones cada any.
Tot i ser un punt geogràfic on els conflictes i el terrorisme hi puntualment són presents, el turisme anual de Turquia és fidel any rere any i continua creixent progressivament.
Doncs, si el turisme creix cada any, el terrorisme afecta realment al turisme de Turquia?
En aquest treball s’ha estudiat la relació entre el terrorisme mundial i el turisme, i a més a més, s’enfocarà en el destí de Turquia per poder comprovar si veritablement la violència afecta el turisme d’un destí popularment conegut com turístic.
Turkey, the origin of many civilizations and cultures, is the midpoint between the western and eastern world. It is a country that historically there were many civilizations and different cultures, and this fact generates the multicultural society that Turkey has nowadays.
Furthermore, the historical diversity and multiculturalism in this country does not imply just conflicts, it has also created a destination with immense historical and tourist centre that attracts millions of people each year.
Although it is a geographic point where conflicts and terrorism are occasionally present, tourism in Turkey is faithful every year and continues to grow progressively.
So, if the tourism of Turkey is growing every year, is the terrorism really affecting tourism in Turkey?
In this assessment we study the relationship between the global terrorism and tourism, and also we focus on the fate of Turkey to verify if violence affects its tourism. |
