This makes itself apparent at different levels: trade, investment, credits, technology transfer and also migration. This intensification runs parallel to China's spectacular economic growth, which has led to an increased presence in global markets, but it is also related to the deployment of public policies by the Beijing government, as well as the increased agency of many African governments, which see an opportunity to diversify their international economic and strategic alliances (...)</dcterms:abstract>
