El nuevo Derecho comporta mayor flexibilidad económica y aporta mayor justicia social al Derecho contractual francés.[eng] The French law of contract and obligations was reformed by the ordonnance of the 10 th of february 2016, ratificated by a statute law of the 20th of april 2018. The new law introduce more economical flexibility and more social justice in the French law of contracts.
