<dc:description>This project designed the supply chain of a microchip manufacturing company in Taiwan to be resilient, robust, and efficient. Using multi-criteria decision-making methods such as the global criterion method, the utility function, and the Brown & Gibson method, the optimal location for a microchip foundry was established. To better understand the global microchip landscape and strengthen the supply chain, transportation conditions, modes, and risk prevention strategies were studied to complement and increase the efficiency of the ecosystem.</dc:description>
