The main goal of the project is to ensure that the information system can identify eligible liabilities, correctly apply the loss and conversion hierarchy, and generate automated regulatory reports. The theoretical part of the project provides an overview of the European regulatory context behind the Minimum Bail-In Data Template (MBDT) and its role in resolution planning. It also includes an explanation of the regulatory framework of the SRB, and the technological tools and processes typically involved in implementing data reporting systems for financial institutions. The thesis not only describes the technical aspects of the project but focuses particularly on how the process is planned, structured, and executed from a project management perspective. For this purpose, it is important to cover phases such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Risks, resources, timelines are also identified. The results show that a structured and methodological approach facilitates the efficient and secure adaptation of the information system, ensuring regulatory compliance without compromising the bank’s operational continuity. Simulations with resolution scenarios validate the effectiveness and traceability of the proposed solution.
