      <dc:description>In the last decades the amount of data available for the companies has increased in an unprecedented ratio. This has brought a lot of opportunities to improve the performance of the different operations inside companies. Among them, supply chain is not an exception. In today’s world, is essential to have an efficient system that enables real-time tracking of the entire chain. To achieve an optimized data system, companies face numerous challenges that had never faced before. One of them is to control and harmonize all the data used to take decisions to make sure that everyone is aligned. In this sense, the aim of this project is the design, development and implementation of a data monitoring tool for Bridgestone EMIA, a global tire manufacturing company, that centralizes the main information related to the Logistics and Supply Chain Management team. The tool will be created with Microsoft Power BI will provide a centralized place where all the different actors involved will be able to get a high level view of how the different aspects in the supply chain are performing. The project includes harmonization of the data, KPI definition and calculation, implementation of interactive dashboards and data visualization in MS Power BI taking as sources different databases in various formats and locations that require complex manipulations of data.</dc:description>
