Después con la llegada de la escritura se logró conservar y transmitir a receptores de otros lugares y épocas; pero la memoria no solo se encuentra ahí, la transferencia de esta a través del tiempo incluye también a lo construido. El objetivo principal consiste en explicar cómo la arquitectura también tiene la posibilidad de transmitir conocimientos cuando se tiene en cuenta una narración que relacione sujetos y objetos. A través del método dialéctico se confrontan sujeto-objeto, objeto-objeto y sujeto-sujeto, en los espacios reales y virtuales, en el presente y en el pasado. El museo tiene la capacidad no solo de albergar memoria —como contenedor— sino de lograr un desplazamiento. Un objeto que en su momento fue cotidiano, en el interior del museo adquiere uno o más valores, ya sea histórico, estético, cultural o artístico —entre otros—. Como resultado, los ejemplos de museos construidos evidencian que la arquitectura genera las condiciones adecuadas para que el visitante realice los desplazamientos temporales, espaciales y emocionales necesarios para dialogar de manera estética con los sujetos del pasado, que en su momento manifestaron su cultura, su tiempo y su espacio en los objetos expuestos y con la memoria del espacio arquitectónico rememorado. The transmission of knowledge to future generations was initially hampered by the intangibility of memory and the evanescence of speech, but with the emergence of writing, it became possible the recording and transmission of knowledge to recipients across different places and times. However, memory is not exclusively located there, its transference over time also extends to the built environment. The principal aim of this article is to explain how architecture also transmits knowledge and a certain social structure of behaviour. Through the dialectical method, subject-object, object-object and subject subject are confronted in real and virtual spaces, in the present and in the past. The museum has the capacity not only to house memory —as a container— but also to achieve a displacement. An object that was formerly commonplace obtains value in the museum, such as historical, aesthetic, cultural or artistic significance —among other possibilities—. As a result, the built museums examples demonstrate that architecture generates the suitable conditions for visitors to make the necessary temporal, spatial and emotional displacements. This qualitative knowledge allows visitors to engage in an aesthetic dialogue with the subjects of the past, which at the time manifested its culture, its time and its space in the exhibited objects and in the memory of the architectural space remembered.
