<dcterms:abstract>The deformation of concrete structures in service is a very complex issue for modelling, control and prediction due to a large number of influencing factors, and uncertainties associated with these factors [2,3]. An important challenge is the time-dependent nature and dependency of many of the primary factors, primarily shrinkage, creep, cracking, tension stiffening and loading history.</dcterms:abstract>
