00925njm 22002777a 4500 dc Draper Vilar, Adrià author 2024-07-10 Títol alternatiu emprat a la intranet docent de l'EPSEVG: "Disseny d’una matriu progressiva d’estampació metàl.lica" Este proyecto de final de grado muestra el proceso de proyección y diseño de una matriz de estampación en frío de chapa metálica para la posterior producción de una cierta referencia de pieza demandada por un cliente de la empresa donde actualmente trabajo. Previamente al diseño de la matriz se ha realizado un estudio sobre la petición del cliente que involucra la demanda anual y diseño de pieza. Teniendo en cuenta la referencia demandada se han definido los parámetros que intervienen en el diseño de la banda. Tras el análisis de la petición realizamos el proceso de diseño de la matriz donde mediante herramientas de software CAD se desarrollan las piezas que conformarán la matriz. Para ello se ha tenido en cuenta las prensas utilizadas para la fabricación, la elección de materiales, elaboración de las partes, la elección de elementos normalizados y el ensamblaje del útil. Tras iteraciones de diseño, se hace una explicación final de la herramienta y se expone todo el proceso de fabricación para que el útil pueda ser producido. Tras haber definido el útil se plasma una temporización para la fabricación del útil, un presupuesto final para el cliente donde se considere el proceso de fabricación de la referencia mediante prensado. Finalmente se ha realizado un simulacro de rentabilidad. En resumen, la intención del proyecto ha sido profundizar en el diseño de la matriz progresiva y cumplir con los plazos del cliente para el desarrollo de esta. Hecho el estudio, la matriz estaría lista para ser producida y empezar la producción del producto requerido. This final degree project shows the process of projection and design of a sheet metal cold stamping die for the subsequent production of a certain part reference demanded by a customer of the company where I currently work. Prior to the design of the die, a study has been carried out on the customer's request involving the annual demand and part design. Considering the demanded reference, the parameters involved in the design of the band have been defined. After the analysis of the request, we carried out the design process of the matrix where, using CAD software tools, we developed the pieces that will make up the matrix. For this, we have considered the presses used for the manufacturing, the choice of materials, the elaboration of the parts, the choice of standardized elements and the assembly of the tool. After design iterations, a final explanation of the tool is made and the whole manufacturing process is exposed so that the tool can be produced. After defining the tool, a timing for the manufacturing of the tool, a final quotation for the customer where the manufacturing process of the reference by pressing is considered. Finally, a profitability simulation was carried out. In summary, the intention of the project has been to deepen the design of the progressive matrix and meet the client's deadlines for its development. Once the study was done, the matrix would be ready to be produced and start the production of the required product.
