Les tècniques d’encofrat han evolucionat amb el temps influenciades per les necessitats i possibilitats de cada moment, i incideixen directament en les característiques formals d’allò construït. Aquest Treball Final de Grau pretén comprendre el diàleg que s’estableix entre sistema i forma, encofrat i superfície. Per relacionar aquests dos conceptes s’articula la recerca a partir d’un criteri de classificació de les superfícies generatrius de la forma, definint així els apartats d’investigació i la metodologia del treball. En el document es presenten de forma intercalada, els diferents grups establerts de superfícies juntament amb casos d’estudi representatius per cada un d’ells. Amb l’objectiu de conèixer en paral·lel les característiques geomètriques i constructives de cada conjunt. La descripció d’aquests exemples s’acompanya amb dibuixos, que expressen la síntesi entre geometria d’encofrat i forma construïda. Una vegada localitzats els vectors que relacionen la resolució del sistema d’encofrat i les propietats de les superfícies, es proposa un estudi comparatiu que conclou el treball amb dades quantitatives i reflexives. The formwork is proposed as a temporary element, with a specific use closely linked to the final appearance of a new element. Formwork techniques have evolved over time, influenced by the needs and possibilities of each period, which have affected the formal characteristics of architecture. This End-of-Degree Project aims to understand the dialogue established between system and shape, formwork and surface. To relate these two concepts, the research is articulated from a criterion of classification of the generative surfaces of the form, thus defining the research sections and the methodology of the work. The different established groups of surfaces are presented in an interleaved form together with representative case studies for each of them. With the aim of knowing in parallel the geometric and constructive characteristics of each set. The description of these examples is accompanied by drawings, which express the synthesis between formwork geometry and constructed form. Once the vectors that relate the resolution of the formwork system and the properties of the surfaces have been located, a comparative study is proposed that concludes the work with quantitative and reflective data.
