               <dc:description>In this bachelor thesis, a visualization framework is proposed to allow the understanding of road conditions and car sensor geo-data in the context of the LiRA (Live Road Assessment) project. The LiRA project has the objective of making road condition assessment more efficient through the use of car sensor data. During the project, an analysis of the end-user needs and the current state of the LiRA system has been conducted. The results of the analysis have permitted a proposal of a framework based on three main components: a dedicated database, a processing pipeline, and a web application. The project also proposes to perform data aggregation based on road segments, which has proven to improve efficiency and provide a better visualization experience. Finally, an evaluation has taken place in collaboration with an end-user and domain expert, which has provided suggestions for future work after this thesis.</dc:description>
