El present Treball Final de Carrera té com a objectiu la realització d’un disseny funcional per a la confecció d’un sòl llevadís per una piscina, desenvolupant una estructura per tal de cobrir la piscina o variar l’altura de la mateixa amb la suficient estabilitat estructural per suportar càrregues externes.
El projecte es focalitza principalment en la anàlisis de diferents conceptes de sistemes, materials i mecanismes utilitzats, per tal de conceptuar un sistema adaptable i funcional a la piscina actual sobre la qual es treballarà per a la dotació d’aquesta funcionalitat.
El treball inclou el disseny CAD per complet del sistema llevadís amb els seus corresponents plànols d’especejament per a la comprensió total del mecanisme, així com un pressupost organitzat per tal de detallar una idea aproximada del cost que suposaria la implementació del sistema escollit.
Amb l’objectiu alhora d’establir contacte i adquirir el màxim de coneixements sobre un nínxol de mercat potencialment molt profitós i on són pocs els que hi ofereixen els seus serveis.
The aim of this Final Degree Project is to develop a functional design for the creation of a movable floor for a swimming pool, by developing a structure to cover the pool or change its height with enough structural stability to withstand external loads.
The project focuses primarily on the analysis of different concepts of systems, materials, and mechanisms used to conceive an adaptable and functional system for the current pool on which the work will be carried out to provide this functionality.
This thesis includes the complete CAD design of the movable floor system with its corresponding graphic views for a complete understanding of the mechanism, as well as an organized budget to detail an approximate idea of the cost that would be involved in implementing the chosen system.
Additionally, the objective is to establish contact and acquire the maximum knowledge possible about a potentially very profitable market niche, in which few offer their services.
