The project proposes a social innovation design that gives the inhabitants the tools to face the problem and constitutes a long-term solution. El proyecto de centra en los Andes del Perú y responde a una inquietud constante de tratar de generar un aporte al problema de infraestructura que hay en el altiplano, el cual hace que las viviendas y pobladores no esten preparados para afrontar las condiciones del lugar.
