En el present Projecte d'Explotació s’aportarà tota la informació sol·licitada, ajustada a dret, segons
el marc legal establert pels serveis jurídics de la Generalitat de Catalunya, atenent lleis, reial decrets,
reglaments, ITCs, ordres ministerials, per tal d’autoritzar una explotació de recursos miners de la
secció A, sorres, graves i blocs, al terme municipal de Romanyà d’Empordà, a l’Alt Empordà.
This exploitation project will provide all the information requested, in accordance with the law, in
accordance with the legal framework established by the legal services of the Generalitat de
Catalunya, in accordance with laws, royal decrees, regulations, ITCs, ministerial orders, in order to
to authorize an exploitation of mining resources of section A, sands, gravels and blocks, in the
municipality of Romanyà d'Empordà, in l’Alt Empordà.
