00925njm 22002777a 4500 dc Santacreu Puiggròs, Anna author 2020-07-13 Aquest projecte ha buscat adaptar la fabricació estil artesanal del model de làser SPA 30W de l’empresa Macsa id a una fabricació Lean Manufacturing, buscant obtenir beneficis com una millora de la qualitat del producte, eliminació dels malbarataments presents en el procés, millora contínua del procés i de la qualitat, etc. En primer lloc s’aprofundeix sobre l’empresa on es realitza el projecte i el producte a fabricar: un làser de marcatge, model SPA 30W. A continuació s’estudia les bases del Lean Manufacturing, conjuntament amb les eines que aquest ofereix. Una vegada presentat el marc teòric, s’analitza el procediment de cada pas dins del procés de producció: Picking, fabricació i Packaging, per a continuació detectar quins són els aspectes a millorar per a obtenir una producció adaptada al Lean Manufacturing. Un cop identificats els punts on poder aplicar millores, es procedeix a aplicar les eines que estudiades per adaptar la fabricació tipus craft a una Lean. El cos del projecte conclou amb un estudi de implicacions ambientals, una planificació temporal del projecte i un estudi econòmic. Per concloure el projecte, a les conclusions s’exposaran els beneficis aportats a l’implementar un sistema Lean Manufacturing a la fabricació dels làsers SPA 30W. This project aims to adapt the craft manufacturing method of the SPA 30W laser model of the Macsa id company to a Lean Manufacturing method, in order to obtain benefits such as an improvement in the quality of the product, elimination of wastage in the process, continuous process and quality improvement, etc. First of all, an approaching of the company is made together with the manufacture of the product: a marking laser, model SPA 30W. Next, the basis of Lean Manufacturing is studied with the tools that it offers. Once the theoretical framework has been presented, the procedure of each step in the production process is analyzed: Picking, manufacturing of the product and Packaging, in order to detect which aspects need to be improved to obtain a production adapted to Lean Manufacturing. Once the points to be improved have been identified, we proceed to apply the studied methods to adapt the manufacturing craft process to a Lean method. The body of the project concludes with a study of environmental implications, the project timing and an economic study. At the end of the project, the conclusions include the benefits of implementing a Lean Manufacturing system in the manufacture of 30W SPA lasers.
