Departament d'Organització d'Empreses Fortuny Santos, Jordi Àrees temàtiques de la UPC::Economia i organització d'empreses Business relocation Industrial location Deslocalitzacions (Economia) Localització industrial Este trabajo trata de la elaboración de un estudio realizado con el fin de transferir una de las áreas más estables de producción de unaempresa ubicada en España hacia la República Checa donde se encuentra la otra empresa del grupo.Partiendo de unos requerimientos por la directiva de la empresa de España y con el objetivo principal de reducir costes de personal,estructura y manteniendo los altos estándares de calidad, se ha estructurado este estudio para poder ejecutarlo posteriormente.Para ello se ha realizado un análisis del entorno en que se ha contemplado la demanda actual del mercado lo permitirá dimensionar el volumen a transferir.Seguidamente se ha constituido el equipo que trabajará en la transferencia y se han definido sus roles y responsabilidades a lo largo del proceso. Conjuntamente se han evaluado y explicado los factores más importantes atener en cuenta para la realización de este estudio, los más determinantes son la logística, compras, producción y calidad, layout, recursos humanos y los sistemas de información.Se ha hecho una estimación de costes que podrá suponer la transferencia y finalmente, también, un diagrama de Gantt con las diferentes actividades a transferir en el que se muestra el tiempo previsto para poder llevar a cabo la ejecución del traspaso del área productiva y que esta sea completamente funcional. This work deals with the elaboration of a study carried out to transfer one of the most stable production areas of a company located in Spain to the Czech Republic where the other group company is located.Based on some requirements by the directive of the company in Spain and with the main objective of reducing personnel costs, structure, and maintaining high-quality standards, this study has been structured to be able to execute it later.To this end, an analysis of the environment in which current market demand has been contemplated hasbeen carried out, which will allow it to size the volume to be transferred.Subsequently, the team that will work on the transfer has been established and their roles and responsibilities have been defined throughout the process.
