Así como el mundo moderno va acorde con los avances tecnológicos, el mundo de la construcción cuenta con una amplia gama de tecnología que facilita el poder culminar con excelentes resultados toda obra de construcción. Estos avances incluyen el uso de tecnología avanzada como los sistemas aéreos no tripulados o mejor conocidos como drones, ya que las finalidades de esta tecnología son disminuir los costos, tiempos y riesgos dentro de las obras de construcción.
El presente trabajo nos va a dar un pantallazo de todo lo relacionado a estos sistemas, desde los inicios en el uso de esta tecnología y de cómo podemos, de manera eficiente y con el conocimiento y adiestramiento adecuado, tener el control en su totalidad de todo lo que acontece a lo largo del desarrollo de las obras de construcción. También, se hablará sobre la legislación que rige el uso de estos sistemas aéreos no tripulados dentro del territorio español.
Así mismo como existe esta tecnología en diversos proyectos de construcción a gran escala, estos sistemas facilitan y permiten tener el control de lo que representa la gestión de las obras de una manera más factible y eficiente.
También en este trabajo se hablará sobre las diversas aplicaciones que tienen estos sistemas en el sector de la construcción e igualmente se describirá el uso de estos sistemas para tener buenos resultados, como lo son los mapas o modelos tridimensionales que se pueden generar a partir de la información que recogen estas aeronaves y el uso de estos modelos en la gestión de las obras.Just as the modern world is in line with technological advances, the construction world has a wide range of technology that makes it easy to complete all construction work with excellent results. These advances include the use of advanced technology such as unmanned aerial systems or better knownas drones, since the purposes of this technology are to reduce costs, times and risks within construction sites.This work will give us a glimpse of everything related to these systems, from the beginning in the use of this technology and how we can, efficiently and with the appropriate knowledge and training, have complete control of everything that happens throughout the development of the construction works. Also, the legislation governing the use of these unmanned aerial systems within Spanish territory will be discussed.Just as this technology exists in various large-scale construction projects, these systems facilitate and allow control of what the management of the construction works represents in a more feasible and efficient way.Also in this workwe will talk about the various applications that these systems have in the construction sector and the use of these systems to have good results will also be described, such as maps or three-dimensional models that can be generated from the information collected by these aircraftsand the use of these models in the management of the construction works
