L’objecte del present TFG, és la realització d’un projecte executiu d’instal·lacions d’un Centre Esportiu Municipal
Canòdrom, al districte de Sant Martí, a Barcelona.
El recinte estarà constituït per una planta baixa on trobarem la zona de serveis i els accessos, amb l’entrada a
nivell de carrer on hi ha disponible l’espai d´accés, un vestíbul previ a l’espai de les grades. La zona pública amb
serveis propis, amb dos espais polivalents annexos a banda i banda. Sota aquest espai es troben els serveis dels
esportistes, com a filtre i pas previ a les pistes, que corresponen a la planta soterrani. La coberta es troba a 5
metres d’alçada respecte la cota 0 que es concep com un gran volum amb geometria i la seva pròpia expressió
suspesa en vuit únics pilars.
A l’espai oposat a les graderies i fins a esgotar la superfície del solar, hi ha un espai cobert polivalent dividit en
dues sales contigües amb 4,5 metres de gàlib a nivell de pista per realitzar altres activitats específiques o
complementàries, com ara pistes de patinatge o pistes per escalfament, gimnàs o fins i tot de pàdel indoor.
També es disposa del mateix espai polivalent però a l’aire lliure, on es proposa col·locar dues pistes de pàdel, que
responen a un esport de pala que funciona i que està molt arrelat al barri.
L’objectiu del projecte és la implantació integral de les instal·lacions més adients perquè el recinte compleixi amb
les normatives vigents i reglaments establerts i aplicar tots els coneixements adquirits durant el grau per
presentar una proposta que sigui innovadora i poder aconseguir que l’edifici sigui en alguns sentits autosuficient,
emprant energies renovables amb una instal·lació de plaques solars i l’optimització de instal·lacions per aprofitar
les aigües pluvials per posteriorment reconduir-les i realitzar un tractament previ per enviar-les a reg de plaques
solars i reg de vegetació colindant, per contribuir en la reducció de la despesa innecessària d’aigua.
El projecte consisteix en un poliesportiu que segons les superfícies i zones que disposa, constitueix un PAV-3 amb
una superfície construïda de 3.895,30 m2 on quedaran definides i dimensionades les següents instal·lacions:
Instal·lació de fontaneria, la instal·lació d’evacuació d’aigües pluvials i residuals, Instal·lació de il·luminació
interior, instal·lació elèctrica que dóna servei a totes les càrregues, tant de il·luminació com de força, Instal·lació
de telecomunicacions per dotar l’edifici de veu, dades i com ja s’ha mencionat anteriorment, Instal·lació de
plaques fotovoltaiques a la coberta de l’edifici per propiciar que l’obra arquitectònica reculli els requisits i
característiques de de : eficiència energètica i energies renovables. Instal·lació de gas, Instal·lació de climatització
i renovació de l’aire i per acabar, dotar l’edifici amb una instal·lació de protecció contra incendis.
Per la correcta execució del projecte, es tindran en compte les normatives vigents de les quals se citen a
continuació: Codi tècnic de l'edificació (CTE), Document bàsic DB HS Salubritat, Document bàsic DB HR Protecció
enfront del soroll, Document bàsic DB SI Seguretat en cas d'incendi, Document bàsic DB HE Estalvi d'energia,
regla de les instal·lacions tèrmiques dels edificis (RITE) , Reglament regulador de les infraestructures comunes de
telecomunicacions, Ordre de la ITC / 1077/2006 (telecomunicacions) i Reglament electrotècnic de baixa tensió.
El treball final de grau constarà de dos volums dels quals el volum I, tractarà del recull de tota la informació
referent a la memòria de cada instal·lació, així com els annexos de càlcul.
El volum II es contemplaran les diferents representacions gràfiques de la totalitat de les instal·lacions que es
duran a terme.The object of the present TFG, is the realization of an executive project of facilities of a Canódromo Municipal
Sports Center, in the Sant Martí district, in Barcelona.
The enclosure will be constituted by a ground floor where we will find the service area and the accesses, with the
entrance at street level where the access space is available, a lobby before the space of the stands. The public
zone with its own services, with two multipurpose spaces attached to both sides. Under this space are the
services of the athletes, as filter and previous step to the slopes, which correspond to the basement. The roof is 5
meters above the level 0 that is conceived as a large volume with geometry and its own expression suspended in
eight unique pillars.
In the space opposite the stands and until the surface of the lot is exhausted, there is a multipurpose
coveredspace divided into two adjoining rooms with 4.5 meters of runway level gauge for other specific or
complementary activities, such as skating rinks or tracks for heating, gym or even paddle indoor.
It also has the same multipurpose space but outdoors, where it is proposed to place two paddle courts, which
respond to a sport of spade that works and that is very ingrained in the neighborhood.
The objective of the project is the comprehensive implementation of the most appropriate facilities so that the
site complies with current regulations and established regulations and apply all the knowledge acquiredduring
the degree to present a proposal that is innovative and able to get the building in some senses self-sufficient,
using renewable energies with an installation of solar panels and the optimization of facilities to take advantage
of rainwater to later redirect them and carry out a previous treatment to send them to irrigation of solar panels
and irrigation of adjoining vegetation. to contribute to the reduction of unnecessary water expenditure.
The project consists of a sports center that, according to the surfaces and areas it has, constitutes a PAV-3 with a
constructed area of 3,895.30 m2 where the following facilities will be defined and dimensioned:
Plumbing installation, rainwater and wastewater evacuation installation, interior lighting installation, electrical
installation that serves all loads, both lighting and power, telecommunications installation to provide the building
with voice, data and as already it has been mentioned previously, Installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof
of the building to enable the architectural work to meet the requirements and characteristics of: energy
efficiency and renewable energy. Installation of gas, installation of air conditioning and air renewal and finally,
provide the building with a fire protection installation.
For the correct execution of the project, the following regulations will be taken into account: Technical building
code (CTE), Basic Document HS Health HS, Basic Document DB HR Protection against noise, Basic Document DB
YES Safety in case of fire, Basic Document DB HE Energy saving, rule of thermal installations of buildings (RITE),
Regulation regulating common telecommunications infrastructures, Order of ITC / 1077/2006
(telecommunications) and Electrotechnical Regulation of low voltage.
The final degree work will consist of two volumes of which volume I will deal with the collection of all the
information regarding the memory of each installation, as well as the calculation annexes.
Volume II will contemplate the different graphic representations of the totality of the installations that will be
carriedout.
