   <dc:description>The modelling process of an existing building using Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology requires the capture of information from different data sources. This master thesis aims to create a guide to establish the procedure to model an existing building using BIM technology, specifically oriented to its facility management. This guide will be then implemented into a case study to evaluate it.</dc:description>
