Departament de Ciència i Enginyeria Nàutiques Martínez de Osés, Francesc Xavier Àrees temàtiques de la UPC::Nàutica::Navegació marítima::Transport marítim Shipping Containerization Contenedores Transport marítim -- Normes Contenidors -- Normes Transport de contenidors -- Normes El objeto de este trabajo, siguiendo el orden cronológico de los acontecimientos será: - Dar a conocer los antecedentes, motivos que han impulsado a la creación y aplicación de esta normativa. - Detallar y definir la norma, en qué consiste, cómo se debe aplicar, y situaremos a cada uno de los agentes de la cadena logística que se ven afectados por él. - Llevar a cabo un análisis sobre cómo se ha aplicado la normativa, sobre todo desde el punto de vista local, de una empresa transitaria. Finalmente, valoraremos más allá de los efectos y consecuencias positivas y negativas de esta normativa, aquellos aspectos que se puedan mejorar así como nuevas acciones que podamos aportar.
