Moreover, UPC Venturi will participate in August 2015 in the Air Cargo Challenge, so developing the final report in this study will allow deeper comprehension of these guidelines applied in a real project Developing a project management plan to develop a model airplane. Create a generic guide regarding technical aspects: aerodynamics, structural design, propulsion, CAD, materials and building. Document management tools used during this project: sponsors, subsidies, relationship with ETSEIAT.
