   <dc:description>It is evident that available technologies on office building sector in Shiraz relay on&#xd;
traditional construction especially on wet methods. Wet system process depends on&#xd;
human interpretation (The human interpretation is the basics of the systems) which&#xd;
cause major problems in construction quality. For this propose this dissertation focus&#xd;
on construction method in office building in Iran.&#xd;
Compared to wet construction, dry system is new technology in the construction&#xd;
industry. Dry construction system is commonly used for new office buildings; it&#xd;
becomes a major investment in both construction and long-term success of the&#xd;
building.&#xd;
Nowadays prefabrication, evens the simpler types, are far more sophisticate products&#xd;
than current counterparts. Prefabricated system technology has developed, over the&#xd;
years, into a proliferation (reproduction) of highly engineered design. During the&#xd;
investigation, various dry method prefabricated facade possibilities for office&#xd;
building in Shiraz were studied and analyzed .&#xd;
Office building facades, apart from its appearance, functions as an external enclosure&#xd;
to protect the building from weather and to provide maximum comfortability for&#xd;
citizens. Its construction is not only an assembly of several components, but an&#xd;
advanced technology with involves sophisticated consideration. To achieve the aim&#xd;
of the thesis, facade of few buildings which were constructed in Shiraz was studied&#xd;
according to construction system and performance efficiency. Thereafter, best&#xd;
solution was developed regards to:&#xd;
•Construction system&#xd;
•Installation&#xd;
•Performance efficiency&#xd;
•Sustainability&#xd;
•Aesthetic and adaptability</dc:description>
