00925njm 22002777a 4500 dc Obejo Martínez, Laura author 2013-02 El presente proyecto final de grado pretende mostrar la realización de un estudIo histórico y arquitectónico del edificio de “L’Obra Social de la Caixa d’Estalvis de Sabadell”. El edificio se encuentra en el centro histórico de dicha ciudad y su construcción data entre 1907-1910, por el arquitecto Jeroni Martorell i Terrats. Inicio este proyecto haciendo mención a la ciudad de Sabadell para conocer más a fondo la historia, situación social y económica, que se vivía en dicha ciudad en el momento de la construcción de este emblemático edificio de la plaza del mercado y así, poder entender con más claridad su construcción. Además también hago referencia a su bonito patrimonio histórico y en que afectó el modernismo catalán a esta ciudad. Continúo el proyecto, mostrando toda la información hallada sobre el arquitecto, tanto toda su obra como sus criterios e influencias adquiridas para el desarrollo de su arquitectura, y todo lo referente a la creación de este edificio, que cabe destacar la poca documentación gráfica que se conserva de este. I para finalizar, se hace referencia a todo lo relacionado con la metodología realizada para la elaboración del presente proyecto, además de la documentación fotográfica y la esencial documentación gráfica. ANGLÈS: This final Project of Degree aims to show the realization of a historical and architectural “L’Obra Social de la Caixa d’Estalvis de Sabadell”. The building is located in the historic center of the city and its construction dates between the years 1907-1910, by the architect Jeroni Martorell i Terrats. I start this project in reference to the city of Sabadell to know more all out her history, social and economic situation, which has been lived in that city at the time of the construction of this emblematic building from the market square and thus, be able to understand more clearly its construction. In addition I also refer to the beautiful historical heritage from the modernist period, and in which it affected the Catalan modernism in this city. I continue the project, showing all of the information found on the architect, both his work as their judgment and influences acquired for the development of his career, and everything related to the creation of this building, that it is worth drawings that has been preserved at this. And finally, it refers to everything related to the methodology used for the preparation of the present project, besides the photographic documentation and the essential graphic documentation.
