The way of systematizing the complexity of opinions and styles, on the selection of decisions, are not supported on the computational tools themselves, but on the epistemological base that underlies to the culture of organization or organizations implicated in territorial planning .This work aims to integrate, from an organization’s cognitive base, a series of computational tools that until now are used in an individual way. Integration is based on methodology named Cognitive Strategies.
