<dc:description>This paper aims to provide new data about the origin of Roman marble blocks reused in a quadrangular Carolingian tower (Tele-graph or Lightning Tower). The discovery of this stinging material in 1988 is still a uni-cum for the Roman Gerunda, usually built with the sandstone of Domeny-Taialà or Can Guilana and the local limestone that flows into the immediate surroundings.</dc:description>
