00925njm 22002777a 4500 dc Sabi Bonastre, Joan author 1983 Cet article s'inscrit parmi les recherches qui portent sur l'analyse du paysage et, notamment, sur la reconstitution et l'étude des aspects divers qui ont faconné les structures et la dynamique du paysage dans la période relativement courte entre 1.840 et aujourd-hui. On a aussi essayé de reproduire les différentes stratégies de l'exploitation anthropique et d'étudier comment elles ont agi sur l'environnement. Puisqu'il est question d'une analyse de l'histoire récente du paysage on a utilisé des sources documentales différentes, seul moyen de connaissance du passé. Étant donné l'exploitation séculaire du milieu, base sur les activités agricoles, l'étude a porté sur l'évolution de l'agrosystème comme étant le possible inducteur des changements et afin de pouvoir estimer dans quelle mesure les potentialités naturelles du pays on été modifiées, transformées, ou bien ont crée des facettes nouvelles. On a constaté comment les différentes stratégies d'exploitation associées à l'agrosystème ont agi sur la transformation des structures écologiques potentielles de l'environnement, ont conduit à une plus grande morphogenèse anthropique ou bien ont amené à une plus grande transformation de l'exploitation bioloquique. On a constaté en méme temps le besoin d'approfondir davantage dans les études sur l'évolution du milieu à travers le temps comme étant le meilleur moyen de connaitre et de comprendre la dynamique actuelle des structures du paysage. Dans le cadre de cette étude on a purejeter en particulier certaines des idées recues sur les potentialités écologiques de la région (la Dépression Centrale de la Catalogne) tout en soulignant que celles-ci répondent à une crétaion humaine qui a faussé les traits originaires du paysage, et qu'on assiste à une reconversion qui amenerait de nouvelles combinaisons agro-écologiques. This study lies within the field of environmental analysis, and deals specifically with the reconstruction and study of the different facies which have given form the present structure and dynamics of the landscape in the short space of time between 1840 and the present. It also involves en attempt to reconstruct the different forms of anthropic exploitation, and to study the way in which these have affected the environment. Various documentary sources were consulted, as this was considered the only satisfactory means of investigating past conditions. The study could be summed up as an analysis of the recent history of the environment. Given the importance of agricultural activities in the study area, emphasis has been placed on the analysis of the evolution of the agrosystem, as a possible catalyst of change. The aim is to asses the extent to which the natural potential of the area has been modified, transformed or replaced by new facies. Attention is drawn to the way in which the different forms of agricultural exploitation (a) have caused transformations in the potential ecological structures in the environment, and (b) have led to major anthropicmorphogeny and major transformations in biological exploitation. Likewise, the need for more detailed study of the historical evolution of the environment is pointed out, considering this to be the most satisfactory means of understanding the dynamics of the present landscape structure. In the case study of Bages, this method has made it possible: (a) to refute some of the previous beliefs about ecological potential of the Central Catalan Depression, and (b) to demonstrate that present potential is a consequence of man's intervention, which has virtually destroyed primitive formations. However, the reconversion to new agro-ecological combinations, which are at present being implemented, will spare them from total extermination.
