Este trabajo pretende ser una síntesis de las investigaciones sobre las ánforas ovoides tardorepublicanas en el Noreste
de la Hispania Citerior. Partiendo de la historiografía se discuten las diversas propuestas tipológicas, a las que siguen los centros de producción de estas ánforas, los estudios arqueométricos recientemente realizados, así como las aportaciones de los sellos y la datación. Se propone su contenido vinario y se dibuja la difusión de estas producciones. Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones que podemos extraer de lo expuesto, englobándolas en su contexto arqueológico, comercial e histórico.
This work aims to be a synthesis of research on ovoid amphorae produced in the Northeast of the Hispania Citerior
Tarraconensis in Roman Late Republican times. Splitting of historiography are discussed the different typological proposals, the centres of production of these amphorae, the recently made archaeometric studies as well as the contributions from epigraphic seals and the dating of these amphorae. We propose wine as their content and we draw the distribution of these productions. Finally, conclusions are drawn from the foregoing, encompassing them in their archaeological, commercial and historic context are included.
