Aquest treball pretén realitzar un anàlisi de la evolució de la normativa relativa al treballador autònom, centrant-se sobretot en les mesures pel foment y promoció d’aquesta figura. El present estudi analitzarà el significat del treball autònom i dues de les seves vessants, l’emprenedor de responsabilitat limitada i el treballador autònom depenent, i la evolució legislativa al respecte, en atenció als últims canvis produïts.
Este trabajo pretende realizar un análisis de la evolución de la normativa relativa al trabajador autónomo, centrándose sobre todo en lo que atañe a medidas para el fomento y promoción de esta figura. El presente estudio analizará el significado del trabajo autónomo y dos de sus vertientes, el emprendedor de responsabilidad limitada y el trabajador autónomo dependiente, y la evolución legislativa al respecto, en atención a los últimos cambios producidos.
This work contains an analysis of the evolution of the regulations regarding self-employed workers, focusing especially on measures for the development and promotion of this figure. The present study will analyze the meaning of autonomous work and two of its aspects, the limited liability entrepreneur and the self-employed dependent, and the legislative evolution in this regard, in attention to the latest changes produced.
