The MArqHis project is an initial experience involving different research teams studying Roman architecture based on the socioeconomic characteristics and the context of the construction processes and techniques. It constitutes a first attempt to compare and/or unify the documentation, analysis and interpretation methodologies that reflect on the evolution of Hispanic architecture based on a significant chronological and geographical sample of the territories on the Iberian Peninsula.
