Our research, at theoretical-conceptual level, claims to build a solid theoretical base incorporating and expanding ideas and proposals for an innovative approach. Moreover, at technological level, it claims to translate this framework in the design and implementation of a robust computer system that captures and integrates all the theoretical ideas. El tema de recerca que volem respondre en aquest treball és la gestió de les emocions durant la interacció dels estudiants en entorns virtuals d'aprenentatge col·laboratiu. La nostra investigació, a nivell teòric-conceptual, pretén construir una base teòrica sòlida incorporant i ampliant les idees i propostes per a un enfocament innovador. D'altra banda, a nivell tecnològic, pretén traduir aquest marc en el disseny i implementació d'un sistema informàtic robust que captura i integra totes les idees teòriques. El tema de investigación que queremos responder en este trabajo es la gestión de las emociones durante la interacción de los estudiantes en entornos virtuales de aprendizaje colaborativo. Nuestra investigación, a nivel teórico-conceptual, pretende construir una base teórica sólida incorporando y ampliando las ideas y propuestas para un enfoque innovador.
