Simulació d’un procés industrial en una maqueta automatitzada Muñoz Méndez, Raquel Automatització Procés industrial Sabó Cosmètica En aquest treball de final de grau es mostra el disseny i la construcció d’una maqueta i la seva automatització per a simular un procés industrial, específicament la fabricació de sabons comercials en base aigua a partir de tensioactius. Aquesta maqueta serà utilitzada per a la realització a posteriori de pràctiques al Campus d’Igualada de la Universitat de Lleida simulant diversos processos industrials que es programin. El procés industrial a simular, és un procés de fabricació de sabó comercial. És un tipus de sabó en base aigua a partir de tensioactius vegetals. La simulació física en el nostre cas es realitzarà amb aigua tintada de diferents colors per a distingir les diferents etapes del procés. Per a la seva automatització farem ús d’un autòmat industrial. En aquest, s’han implementat les seqüències d’ordres pertinents per a simular el procés desitjat mitjançant el programa Connected Components Workbench (CCW). Per a elaborar aquesta implementació s’han realitzat les calibracions dels diferents components i s’ha estudiat els cabals i funcionament de les electrovàlvules i bombes utilitzades. In this work, the design and construction of a model and its automation to simulate an industrial process, specifically the manufacture of water-based commercial soaps with surfactans, is shown. This model will be used for the subsequent realization of practices at the Campus d'Igualada of the University of Lleida simulating various industrial processes that will be programmed. The industrial process to be simulated is a commercial manufacturing process. It is a type of comercial soap. Is formulated with a water base and vegetable surfactants. The physical simulation in our case is carried out with water tinted with different colors to distinguish the different stages of the process. For this automatition we use a PLC automated. On it, the relevant sequences of orders have been implemented to simulate the process using the Connected Components Workbench (CCW) program.
