The Happy 8-12 gamified program is a videogame that aims to improve emotional skills to resolve conflicts in an assertive way and through emotional management. The emotional management process that is trained in Happy 8-12 consists of the following steps:&#xd;
1. Emotional awareness&#xd;
2. Stop&#xd;
3. Regulation strategies&#xd;
4. Assertive response&#xd;
Happy 8-12 presents a total of 25 conflicts. From these conflict situations, 15 of take place in the school context and the other 10 are among siblings, always in the family context.</dc:description>
