Problema identificat: S’ha observat un patró d’activitat insuficient en el personal sanitari del CAP de Cappont de Lleida.
Solució: Augmentar l’activitat física dels empleats i millorar els hàbits.
Metodologia: Es diagnosticarà quin és el patró d’AF i, seguidament, s’implantarà un programa de gimnàstica laboral de 30 minuts cada dia. A més, es donaran unes recomanacions sobre els hàbits durant la jornada i la higiene postural per tal de millorar-ho.
Identified problem: A pattern of insufficient activity has been observed in the health personnel of the CAP of the Cappont, in Lleida.
Solution: Increase the physical activity of employees and improve habits.
Methodology: The pattern of physical activity will be diagnosed and a 30minute workout program will be implemented each day. In addition, recommendations will be given on habits during the day and about postural hygiene to improve it.
