Las principales innovaciones didácticas y pedagógicas que se logran con esta investigación son la búsqueda de los contenidos a aprender por estos padres, así como las técnicas más adecuadas para enseñar los correspondientes conceptos, procedimientos y actitudes. La aplicación del programa a una muestra real de familias maltratadoras y negligentes es uno de los pilares de la metodología de la investigación.The need to do educational intervention with parents who lack of physical, biological and social care towards their children, going forward the nowadays trend in social intervention with those parents that is featured by assistance, welfare, or the work in cases is the purpose of this research. It is aimed, as the main objective, the creation of an educational intervention project, with negligent parents, to prevent the lack of social adaptation of under aged; it should be carried out for a limited period of time by the familiar educator. The research about the contents to learn by those parents and the most adequate techniques to teach the proper concepts, procedures and attitudes is the main didactic innovation that is to obtain.
