La Orden ISM/386/2024 incorporó la posibilidad de suscribir un convenio especial para la recuperación de cotización por períodos de prácticas. Algunos aspectos del régimen jurídico previsto inicialmente suponían un obstáculo para que las posibles personas beneficiarias optaran por acudir a esta posibilidad. Frente a ello, la Orden ISM/812/2024 ha introducido cambios sustanciales en el régimen jurídico del referido convenio especial. En este estudio se analiza si estas modificaciones van a ser suficientes para contribuir a fomentar la suscripción de este convenio especial.
Order ISM/386/2024 incorporated the possibility of entering into a special agreement for the recovery of contributions for internship periods. Some aspects of the initially planned legal framework posed an obstacle to potential beneficiaries opting for this option. In response, Order ISM/812/2024 introduced substantial changes to the legal framework for the aforementioned special agreement. This study analyzes whether these modifications will be sufficient to contribute to encouraging the signing of this special agreement.
