Pregunta de investigación:
¿El protocolo de intervención diseñado con ejercicio terapéutico de alta intensidad o intensidad moderada junto a la educación para pacientes con cáncer de hígado tiene impacto en la funcionalidad de los pacientes oncológicos?
¿Cuál de los dos métodos comparados es más efectivo?
Objetivo:
El objetivo de del estudio es comprobar si un tratamiento con ejercicio terapéutico de alta intensidad y educación en pacientes con cáncer de hígado es más efectivo a nivel de calidad de vida, fatiga y parámetros funcionales y fisiológicos que un tratamiento con ejercicio terapéutico de intensidad media y educación.
Metodología:
El protocolo se estructurará en tres grupos, dos experimentales con intensidades alta y media de ejercicio terapéutico respectivamente, y todos, además del grupo control, recibirán educación sobre el cáncer de hígado. Durante el proceso se tomarán medidas de parámetros funcionales y fisiológicos, además de calidad de vida y fatiga para valorar las posibles diferencias entre grupos y así concluir el más efectivo.

Does the intervention protocol designed with high-intensity or moderate-intensity therapeutic exercise along with education for liver cancer patients impact the functionality of oncology patients?
Which of the two methods compared is more effective?
Objective:
The aim of the study is to test whether a treatment with high intensity therapeutic exercise and education in patients with liver cancer is more effective at the level of quality of life, fatigue and functional and physiological parameters than a treatment with medium intensity therapeutic exercise and education.
Methodology:
The protocol will be structured in three groups, two experimental with high and medium intensities of therapeutic exercise respectively, and all, in addition to the control group, will receive liver cancer education. During the process, functional and physiological parameters will be measured, as well as quality of life and fatigue to evaluate possible differences between groups and thus conclude the most effective one.
