2026-02-21T03:27:47Z urn:hdl:10256/28305 Les llengües d'Espanya en el discurs parlamentari de la transició espanyola: una anàlisi dels arguments sobre l'oficialitat lingüística (segona part) Iglesias, Narcís Sociolingüística Sociolinguistics Espanya -- Història -- 1975-1982, Transició Spain -- Politics and government -- 1975-1982 Aquest estudi pretén analitzar els arguments sostinguts pels diferents partits que van debatre al Congrés i al Senat l’articulat de la Constitució de 1978 relatiu al deure del coneixement lingüístic i a la diversitat de llengües a Espanya. D’una banda, s’identifica el nombre d’arguments i de l’altra, es tipifiquen en forma d’arquetip logicolingüístic, d’acord amb els mètodes de l’anàlisi de l’argumentació. En la primera part de l’estudi es va proposar una anàlisi quantitativa i qualitativa dels arguments esgrimits entorn de l’oficialitat de les llengües a la Constitució. El “repertori d’arguments” construït en aquest estudi és una clara expressió del dissens al voltant de les llengües, ja que ni l’estatus que aquestes havien de tenir en la futura Constitució es concebia de la mateixa manera, ni es veien igual els drets lingüístics dels ciutadans o la història contemporània de les llengües de l’Estat, que havia modelat unes asimetries evidents just en el moment de decidir com s’havien de tractar les diferents llengües de l’Estat en la norma suprema que ha marcat l’Espanya democràtica This study aims to analyse the arguments made by the different parties that debated in Congress and the Senate the articles of the 1978 Constitution regarding the duty of linguistic knowledge and the diversity of languages in Spain. On the one hand, the number of arguments is identified and on the other, they are typified in the form of a logico-linguistic archetype, according to the methods of the analysis of the argument. In the first part of the study, a quantitative and qualitative analysis is given of the arguments put forward regarding the official status of languages in the Constitution. The “repertoire of arguments” constructed in this study is a clear expression of the lack of agreement surrounding languages, since the status that they should have in the future Constitution was not formulated in the same way, and the linguistic rights of citizens and the contemporary history of the languages of the State were not seen as equal.
