Introduction: Obstetric violence is an issue that has become more important in
recent years due to the concert and seriousness of the situation, due to the
violation of human rights that it causes. Based on an increase of the visualization
of the practices that are considered as such, the creation of protocols and related
studies has begun, which address the issue of obstètric violence related to
women’s rights, reproductive rights, Health care, good practices, etc. The
importance of this study is based on the importance of giving respectful care to
women during the puerperium, focusing on the person and avoiding harmful or
unnecerssary actions that cause discomfort to the woman during the process.
Objectives: The aim of this final degree thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of
a community education program to determine the perception of women in the
puerperium stage regarding having suffered obstètric violence, according to
wether or not the participants have received and education program about it.
Methods: This project consists of a communitary clinical trial, randomized,
controlled and parallel, with and analysis and a control group for the obtained
results comparison. The comparison will be made with an Obstetric Violence
scale and its data analysis. According to specific inclusion and exclusion criteria,
the study will be made in different Basic Health Areas from the Sanitary Region
of Girona
Introducció: La violència obstètrica és una qüestió que ha adquirit més
importància en els últims anys per la preocupació i la gravetat de la situació, per
la violació dels drets humans que provoca. A partir d’un augment en la
visualització de les pràctiques que en són considerades, s’ha iniciat la creació de
protocols i estudis relacionats, que aborden el tema de la violència obstètrica
relacionat amb els drets de les dones, els drets reproductius, l’atenció sanitària,
les bones pràctiques, etc. La importància de l’estudi es basa en la importància
de donar una atenció respectuosa a les dones durant el part i el puerperi,
centrada en la persona i evitant accions perjudicials o innecessàries que
provoquen malestar a la dona durant el procés.
Objectius: Aquest treball final de grau pretén avaluar l’eficàcia d’un programa
d’educació comunitària per a determinar la percepció de les dones en etapa de
puerperi d’haver patit violència obstètrica, segons si les participants han rebut o
no un programa d’educació per la salut al respecte.
Mètodes: Consisteix en un assaig clínic comunitari, aleatoritzat, controlat i
paral·lel, amb un grup d’anàlisi i un grup control per a la comparació dels resultats
obtinguts. La comparació es farà a partir d’una escala de valoració de la Violència
Obstètrica i la seva anàlisi de dades. A partir d’uns criteris d’inclusió i d’exclusió,
es realitzarà l’estudi en diferents ABS de la Regió Sanitària de Girona.
