The proposed building aims to create a collective housing model for semi-professional or professional cyclists, providing a place where they can enjoy cycling and an active lifestyle in a community setting, sharing their passion with other residents. Another urban challenge is to connect the “pujada de Sant Feliu” street with two important public buildings, such as the Casa Pastors and the Museum of History of Girona Aquest treball final de màster té com a objectiu projectar un edifici al Barri Vell de Girona, conservant la façana principal de tres edificis adjacents i destacant el patí de la pujada de Sant Feliu. La proposta consisteix a crear un model d’habitatge col·lectiu per a ciclistes semiprofessionals o professionals, amb l’objectiu de proporcionar un espai on puguin gaudir del ciclisme i de la vida comunitària, compartint aquesta passió amb altres residents.
