El objetivo del trabajo es la definición de un protocolo de actuación para la implantación de la metodología BIM en un despacho de arquitectura, como herramienta central para la redacción de proyectos de edificación en las actividades de diseño, control de ejecución y sostenibilidad. Por otro lado, se hará un estudio de los recursos necesarios (formación personal y herramientas de trabajo) para cada una de las disciplinas, estableciendo los procesos de trabajado a seguir para conseguir la mejor coordinación y comunicación entre los agentes que participan en los proyectos de edificación y finalmente una estimación del coste que puede conllevar la propuesta de implantación generada.The objective of the work is the definition of an action protocol for the implementation of the BIM methodology in an architecture firm, as a central tool for drafting building projects in the activities of design, execution control and sustainability. On the other hand, a study of the necessary resources will be made (personal training and work tools) for each of the disciplines, establishing the work processes to follow to achieve the best coordination and communication between the agents that participate in the projects of building and finally an estimate of the cost that the implementation proposal may entail generated.
