i de l’altra aproximar la seva vida ´util en diverses condicions de treballThis project starts from the need to reduce emissions of polluting gases into the environment, from
so it is necessary to have filtering systems that can carry out the capture of these pollutants.
Thus, it is also necessary to study the main phenomena that take place in this type of system, which
where the adsorption, desorption, diffusion and transport of the pollutant by the gaseous flow. From this
study mathematical models of these filtration systems can be deduced that allow predicting the
behavior of a real pollutant collection system. On the one hand, the resulting models
they must be as simple as possible without losing coherence with reality, allowing
thus a reduction in the number of laboratory experiments necessary for the design of an adsorption filter,
and on the other to approximate its useful life in various working conditions</mods:abstract>
