Els desfibril·ladors externs automàtics (DEA) s’han convertit en dispositius d’instal·lació
obligatòria en determinats punts de les ciutats ja que el seu ús pot ajudar a salvar vides en el cas
d’aturades cardiorespiratòries. Moltes ciutats, a més de les ubicacions fixades per llei, han instal·lat
DEA en altres punts per oferir un millor nivell de cardioprotecció als seus habitants. Determinar el
nombre i les ubicacions dels DEA no és un problema fàcil de tractar i en moltes ocasions la distribució
seguida pot no ser la més òptima.
Girona va ser una de les primeres ciutats en instal·lar DEA convertint-se en un referent en temes
de cardioprotecció. En aquest treball final de grau s’ha analitzat la distribució de DEA de la ciutat de
Girona per identificar les seves mancances i proposar millores. Per assolir aquest objectiu s’ha realitzat
un treball dividit en les cinc fases que es presenten a continuacióAutomatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) have become installation devices
mandatory in certain parts of the city as its use can help save lives in the case
cardiopulmonary arrest. Many cities, in addition to the locations set by law, have installed
DEA at other points to offer a better level of cardioprotection to its inhabitants. Determine the
number and locations of DEAs is not an easy problem to deal with and in many cases distribution
then it may not be the best.
Girona was one of the first cities to install DEA, becoming a benchmark in terms of issues
of cardioprotection. In this final degree project, the distribution of DEA in the city of
Girona to identify its shortcomings and propose improvements. This goal has been achieved
a work divided into the five phases presented below
