The aim of this study is to describe the effects of physical activity on people affected with MS. In addition, it is intended to describe the physical and functional state of the subgroup of the affected persons of MS who execute physical activity versus the subgroup of sedentary persons and to determine the quality of life relative to health (QVRS) of the subgroup of participants who perform physical activity towards the subgroup of sedentary participants. The working methodology used has been a finished research project, using a descriptive observational study of cross-cutting. The final sample of the research consists of 44 responses. The research is held in the province of Girona, 2021 En la següent investigació es presenta la relació que existeix entre la realització d’activitat física i la malaltia de l’esclerosi múltiple (EM). L’objectiu d’aquest estudi és descriure els efectes de l’activitat física en persones afectades d’EM. A més, es pretén descriure l'estat físic i funcional del subgrup les persones afectades d’EM que executen activitat física versus el subgrup de les persones sedentàries i determinar la qualitat de vida relativa a la salut (QVRS) del subgrup de participants que du a terme l'activitat física vers el subgrup de participants sedentaris. La metodologia de treball utilitzada ha estat un projecte d’investigació finalitzat, mitjançant un estudi observacional descriptiu de tall transversal. La mostra final de la investigació està formada per 44 respostes.
