El objetivo principal de este trabajo es efectuar una revisión sistemática de la literatura relacionada con el síndrome de burnout en los profesores de español como segunda lengua. Los objetivos secundarios son, primero detectar y analizar los aspectos más relevantes del síndrome de burnout de los profesores de segundas lenguas. Segundo, señalar las consecuencias que tiene síndrome de burnout en los profesores de segundas lenguas. Y tercero, identificar las acciones para disminuir el burnout en los profesores de segundas lenguasThe main objective of this work is to carry out a systematic review of the literature related to burnout syndrome in teachers of Spanish as a second language. The secondary objectives are, first, to detect and analyze the most relevant aspects of the burnout syndrome of second language teachers. Second, to point out the consequences of burnout syndrome in second language teachers. And third, to identify actions to reduce burnout in second language teachers
