   <dc:description>Open Educational Resources (OERs) should provide equal access for all people,&#xd;
independent of their particular needs or preferences. If an OER that does not&#xd;
comply with web accessibility guidelines, it will hardly address the diversity of&#xd;
students’ learning needs. From a pedagogical and technological perspective&#xd;
various solutions have been proposed in an attempt to reduce inequality in&#xd;
educational settings. This article presents a technological infrastructure&#xd;
designed for supporting teachers in the creation, publishing and recovering of&#xd;
accessible OERs. The infrastructure was validated in the context of a training&#xd;
course offered to teachers from Latin America and results are promising</dc:description>
   <dc:description>Os recursos educacionais abertos (OERs) devem proporcionar acesso igual para&#xd;
todas as pessoas, independentemente de suas necessidades ou preferências&#xd;
particulares. Se um OER que não cumpra as diretrizes de acessibilidade da web,&#xd;
dificilmente abordará a diversidade das necessidades de aprendizagem dos&#xd;
alunos. Do ponto de vista pedagógico e tecnológico, diversas soluções foram&#xd;
propostas na tentativa de reduzir a desigualdade em contextos educacionais.&#xd;
Este artigo apresenta uma infra-estrutura tecnológica projetada para apoiar os&#xd;
professores na criação, publicação e recuperação de OERs acessíveis. A infraestrutura&#xd;
foi validada no contexto de um curso de treinamento oferecido a&#xd;
professores da América Latina e os resultados são promissores</dc:description>
