Demonstrating the need for a more creative, immersive and inclusive activity, where the interpretation of the territory is revealed through tourist products intrinsic to the place. A restaurant, seen as a tourist space, presents elements of creativity and of the territory, and can also contribute to the territorial dynamization. With the aforementioned paradox, the following research question is considered: Does a Michelin star restaurant, such as El Celler de Can Roca, offer new perspectives for the creation and development of gastronomy tourism products? Thus, the main objective of the article was to understand the relationship between the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca and its contribution to stimulating the creation and development of gastronomy tourism products</subfield>
