La “agencia” del sujeto joven desarrolla itinerarios y trayectorias heterogéneas de (in)movilidad social en el entramado de las constricciones estructurales, y en un contexto de “interculturalidad inducida” por la segregación espacial y social que determina su “inclusión segmentada” y/o “diferencial”. No obstante la acción de empoderamiento hacia la co-gestión de los procesos socioeducativos, la pertenencia “étnica” del sujeto joven sigue representando social y simbólicamente su posición social y sus espacios de participación, lo que dificulta una relación de comunicación intercultural substantiva entre sujeto-sujeto
