Curs 2023-2024Tutors: Alexis Molina and Carles PérezPresentem una metodologia que combina tècniques de modelatge molecular i AI per agilitzar el descobriment de noves coles moleculars. Presentem ALScreening, un model subrogat basat en TGN que prediu de manera eficient l&amp;apos;acoblament molecular i el PELE d&amp;apos;un compost determinat, optimitzant l&amp;apos;HTVS d&amp;apos;extenses biblioteques de compostos. A més, per fer front a l&amp;apos;escassetat de coles moleculars reportades, moltes de les quals estan subjectes a patents, hem desenvolupat un LSTM VAE que genera nous compostos que s&amp;apos;assemblen a coles moleculars degradadores conegudes i alhora s&amp;apos;adhereixen a les seves propietats essencials.Presentamos una metodología que combina técnicas de modelado molecular y AI para agilizar el descubrimiento de nuevos pegamentos moleculares. Presentamos ALScreening, un modelo subrogado&#xd;
basado en TGN que predice de manera eficiente el acoplamiento molecular y PELE de un compuesto determinado, optimizando el HTVS de extensas bibliotecas de compuestos. Además, para hacer frente a la escasez de pegamentos moleculares reportados, muchos de los cuales están sujetos a patentes, hemos desarrollado un LSTM VAE que genera nuevos compuestos que se asemejan a pegamentos moleculares degradadores conocidos y al mismo tiempo se adhieren a sus propiedades esenciales.We present a comprehensive methodology combining molecular modeling techniques and AI models to streamline the discovery process of novel degrader molecular glues that outperform previous ones. We introduce ALScreening, a text-based surrogate model based on TGN that efficiently predicts a given compound&amp;apos;s molecular docking and PELE scores, optimizing the HTVS of extensive compound libraries. Furthermore, to deal with the scarcity of reported degrader molecular glues, many of which are patent-&#xd;
bound, we have developed a LSTM VAE that generates novel compounds resembling known degrader molecular glues while adhering to essential properties.</mods:abstract>
