La saturació del sistema sanitari a Espanya no és cap sorpresa per ningú, però amb
l’auge de les noves tecnologies i l’agilitat que aquestes proporcionen en les nostres vides, és inacceptable que això continuï succeint. És per això, que a poc a poc en el sector sanitari s’està instaurant la telemedicina: medicina online. En aquest treball ens centrarem en l’adaptació de la dermatologia a les noves tecnologies. L’objectiu és crear una aplicació
de teledermatologia, DermaPro, i fer-ne la seva respectiva estratègia de comunicació,
centrada principalment en awareness. S’ha fet una investigació externa, una enquesta i una entrevista a una dermatòloga, Ana Elísabet López. L’estratègia comunicativa que es
planteja en el treball és principalment digital i transmèdia i el target se centrarà en dones
d’entre 20 i 40 anys. En l’estratègia, es plantegen els objectius que es pretenen
aconseguir, amb les seves respectives accions i KPIs, juntament amb la calendarització
d’aquestes i el pressupost final.
The saturation of the healthcare system in Spain is no surprise to anyone, but with the
rise of new technologies and the agility they bring to our lives, it is unacceptable that this
should continue to happen. This is why telemedicine is gradually being introduced in
the health sector: telemedicine. In this paper we will focus on the adaptation of
dermatology to new technologies. The objective is to create a teledermatology
application, DermaPro, and to create its respective communication strategy, mainly
focused on awareness. An external research, a survey and an interview with a dermatologist,
Ana Elísabet López, have been carried out.
The communication strategy proposed in the work is mainly digital and transmedia and the
target will focus on women between 20 and 40 years old. The strategy sets out the
objectives to be achieved, with their respective actions and KPIs, together with
their timing and the final budget.
